Why do we collect this information?

We use cookies to track customers’ use of our site and to understand customer preferences so that we can improve customers’ online experience and provide great customer service. We also use cookies to collect aggregate data (statistics) about traffic and trends in behaviour in order to improve our site.

There are 3 types of cookies:

Functional: Cookies required for the site to function and they are therefore always enabled. These include cookies that enable you to be remembered during one session (which usually means during one visit to our website), or if you agree, from session to session. These cookies are required for the shopping cart and checkout process. They assist with security issues and some are required in order to comply with regulations.

Performance: Cookies that help us to improve the site’s functionality by tracking usage and they can in some cases help us process requests you make through the site and remember your preferences. Disabling these cookies may result in a worse experience for the customer and slow site performance.

Social media: We only use social media cookies to allow you to connect to your social networks to share content from our site there if you wish. Disabling these cookies may result in not being able to effectively link to your social networks or share content on social media from our site.

For a comprehensive and up-to-date summary of every third-party accessing your web browser (through our sites and otherwise), we recommend installing a web browser plugin built for this purpose.  You can also choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings on each browser and device that you use. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you may not have access to many features that make our Sites and Apps more efficient and some of our services will not function properly.
