I have only just started to use Hence for the first time. I am enjoying taking it every morning with apple juice. My daughter suggested I start using it after she did all last year and feels so much better.
I am sure along with a good balanced diet and exercise in a few weeks I will be able to give a better review. I am very happy with the product and it tastes great in apple juice.

I actually notice a real difference at the end of the day, I’ve moved more and been productive - got less distracted etc. it’s like I’ve just had a really good day. I have used a lot during intense study periods too over the last few years.

I also find it helps with bloating - so go to it for special occasions too.

I don’t love the taste but I down it in a small amount of water - my preference would be this over adding sweeteners etc. pretending it’s a nice drink to sip like others.

I’ve been using hence for a few years and really see the benefits. It helps improve my energy levels in the afternoon significantly. My partner takes it as well as it really helps ease his digestion issues caused from his diabetes medication (iykuk). Great team and great product.

Hence has a very inoffensive flavour, not too strong not too weak - on its own it’s good, but also mixed with protein the flavour slips away into the background. I enjoy the texture, nice and thick.

It's a different taste, I wasn't sureI liked it at first but I've loved the energy boost from day 1, and the taste has grown on me. really quickly. I mix a flat scoop of greenstack in my morning glass of kefir, and I scrape the glass out with a spoon afterwards now, like a cake bowl! Great service from the company, too

I decided to give Hence stacks a go after seeing the benefits on Kate's Instagram page.

After learning the tablet form of vitamins I had been taking aren't the best as your body can struggle to absorb them and being concerned with the amount of folic acid and bulking agents I was consuming by taking 3 different tablets I decided to research some alternatives.

I've followed Kate for a while on Instagram and when I saw she had released Hence Stacks I decided to give these a go, reading the website the benefits seemed to be huge, although I was a little sceptical.

I was nervous about the texture because I have sensory issues with some foods and drinks, but Kate reassured me I could mix it into anything I liked.

When it arrived I tried it with water initially and really struggled, the taste was fine, it didn't really taste of much, just a little sweet, but it made the water taste thick which I struggled with, so the next day I mixed it with my favourite juice and was able to pretty much drink it in one, it very mildly changed the taste but not significantly.

I've been using these stacks for a week now and I can't really explain it, but I do feel so much better in myself, I was struggling to get over covid/flu when I started and that shifted in a couple of days, I've become more regular and I haven't had the usual PMS I get before my cycle starts and I'm eating less.

I started taking Hence Greens Stack in desperation to get over the dreaded 100 day cough which I had had for over 2 months this winter. I'd had it since the start of October and I ordered my first Green Stacks pouch in mid-November hoping it would help (with not much faith at that point - but I was at the stage I would try anything!) I am also not a 'green vegetable' loving person and I also wasn't sure how the taste would go down. Well its now March and I am 3 packs in and its honestly a game-changer in many ways.
I now get my daily nutrients in my first drink of the day and I can honestly say its the only supplement taking that I have stuck to consistently. The reason for this is because I can actually feel its working! I have more energy (no 2pm afternoon energy slump) and more importantly I have not received the two lots of colds that my children have brought home with them since January. With also good eating and movement, I am energised, have mental clarity, exercise performance has improved and I feel healthy and strong. Yes the taste can take a little while to get used to (its a green powder after all) but I mix mine with mct powder which makes it creamier and less sharp and I actually enjoy taking it now. The benefits completely outweigh the slight green taste.
I am now on the subscription and Kate kindly paused it for me to catch up with the couple of individual pouches that I had already purchased. All it took was a quick email and she was straight back to me to say it had been paused.

I haven’t taken my green stacks everyday, but I think it’s only made it clearer to me how much a difference it makes to my day. Does it taste great? Not really. Does it matter in the slightest? Not at all. I was looking for an easy way to help boost my energy levels and plug a nutritional gap for me. Hence stacks does this. The negative reviews pointing out the taste really are missing the whole point. And besides, after taking it most days for 3-4months, I can honestly say the taste is growing on me 😜

Always nervous about these kind of products but spoke to Kate and the knowledge & passion she has won me over. And of course the goodness I’m receiving . I had a break for personal reasons but back on it and I actually feel the difference so know it was doing me good, especially at that afternoon slump time.
Love how they are so flexible with subscription as I’m playing catch up so have paused this so I can get on track. No hassle. Just what you need these days🙌🙌🙌
